The truth is, far too many young people who have been in care experience homelessness at some point. This statistic is unacceptable, and we want to do everything we can to prevent it from happening to you.

This course will explore the reasons why some care leavers face homelessness, what resources are available to help, and most importantly, how you can take control and build a secure future for yourself.

Throughout the course, we'll emphasize the importance of a strong support network, particularly your Personal Adviser (PA). Your PA is your main point of contact and your biggest advocate - someone you can rely on for guidance and support, especially during challenging times.
